Yes, We Have 7 New Outreach Programs!
Our TC’s 2017 Strategic Plan
At the beginning of 2017, the Board adopted the mission to begin a concerted effort to promote the Teachings of the Ascended Masters to spiritual seekers in Bozeman, and to make the Bozeman Community Teaching Center a more welcoming and inviting place for our new guests and current members.
Phase I – This strategic plan was for repurposing the overflow chapel as a Family Room, and we expanded the Teen Room as an outreach Welcome Center. The Welcome Center houses some of our programs, and we started (or are about to inaugurate) several outreach programs, including the Teen Program as our teens are the future of our church. Doing outreach is a new and wonderful thing for our teaching center! We’re finally putting our toe in the water, tarrying out into the city to find those lightbearers in the Bozeman area.
Phase II – This strategic plan is for the raising of the money needed to facilitate our new outreach programs.
The Seven ‘New’ Outreach Programs
• Musical Meditation Series (2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month)
Increase peace and happiness and a connection to your Higher Self through singing or through meditating on beautiful recorded songs of East and West.
– Mother Mary’s Santissima Mass for World Peace
– Eastern Meditations for World Unity
– Bond with Jesus’ Heart for Personal Peace
– Mantra Yoga: Mystical Union With God
• Bozeman Spiritual Seekers Meetup – The Sacred Adventure Series (1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month)
The Sacred Adventure Series is for those with the goal of self-mastery and who want a road map for how to accelerate their spiritual development. The series provides an in-depth look at the foundations of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters as taught by Mark and Elizabeth Clare Prophet.
• Spiritual Quest Series (Sunday Mornings)
The Spiritual Quest series offers a look at our spiritual origin and destiny and provides ways for us to more intimately connect with our Higher Self.
• Teen Program (Sunday Mornings) – “Part I – Odyssey Journey Film Club” (Beginning this fall)
Our teens and young adults (ages 13 to 20) are set to participate in an Odyssey Journey Film Club that kicks off at the Bennetts’ home with a BBQ, games, and discussion about the film club, and with the sharing of films on Sunday, September 17 from 1:30pm – 4:30pm. The program is optional and can help prepare teens for “Life Is an Odyssey” that will start in January 2018.
