A. Registrant Information and Waiver

    PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation fee is $50.00 to cover administrative costs.

  • Please read this agreement that is required to attend the seminar and sign below.

    Standards of Personal Behavior

    I understand that this is a spiritual retreat and that my participation is an opportunity to experience the Teachings of the Ascended Masters. The consumption and possession of alcohol, tobacco products and illegal drugs is prohibited at all times, and I understand that I will derive the greatest spiritual benefit from my participation in the Retreat if I refrain from consumption of alcohol and tobacco products and illegal drugs during this Retreat.

    Waiver of Accident Liability and Indemnification

    I understand and agree that I assume the risk for myself and my personal possessions during the Retreat. I hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Bozeman Community Teaching Center, The Summit Lighthouse, their parent and affiliate organizations, and their personnel and volunteers for any accidental injury whether on or off the Retreat site, in privately owned or rented vehicles, or otherwise, during my attendance at the Retreat. In the event of accident or injury, neither the Bozeman Community Teaching Center nor The Summit Lighthouse shall be financially liable for payment of any resulting medical expenses.


    I realize that while there is unlimited potential for my own personal growth through the conscientious study and practical application of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters on a daily basis, it is my individual efforts and application that will determine my overall progress. No representations of any kind have been made to me by the Bozeman Teaching Community Teaching, The Summit Lighthouse, their parent and affiliate organizations, boards of directors, officers, employees, volunteers or agents that would lead me to expect that any specific benefits shall be conferred upon me or that any specific changes in my life shall occur as a result of my attendance at the Path of the Bodhisattva - Develop the Pure Heart

    a. Click the SUBMIT button on the next page to submit your registration details, but then you may safely ignore the prompt to pay through PayPal.

    b. Your spot at the seminar is secure and you understand that Summit University charges a $50 cancellation fee..

    #2. I am paying now by debit card, credit card, or by PayPal.

    a. Click the SUBMIT button on the next page.

    b. Click continue where it says Don't have a PayPal account? or it may say, Pay by Debit or Credit Card. However, if paying with your PayPal account, login to PayPal.

    c. To continue paying with credit or debit, look for the credit/debit card TAB.

    d. If paying by credit/debit card, DO NOT USE THE SAME EMAIL ADDRESS as your PayPal account, if you have one.

    e. You will receive a Registration Confirmation Email almost immediately from the Bozeman Community Teaching Center. If you do not, please check your spam inbox.

    f. You will also receive a payment confirmation email from PayPal almost immediately after paying.
